Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final. Your card will be charged no later than the day of the event regardless of whether or not you attend the event.
• All auction sales are refundable up to 90%. A fee of no less than 10% of the transaction amount will be charged for the administration required to refund you and re-issue the item to the second highest bidder. Full refunds may be granted in ONLY special cases.
• To request a refund or dispute any erroneous charges incurred:
  1) Forward the original payment receipt to refunds@winwinapps.com
  2) Provide a thorough and reasonable statement as to why you are requesting the refund
